-Medical Certificate (required). Clinics near registration area offer this for approx. PHP 150 — lines may be long.

-Warm clothing: at least 3 layers, jacket with hood, raincoat, thermal wear, mittens, socks, bonnet/hat.
-Hiking shoes with good traction.
-Extra clothes for post-hike

-Trail food, snacks, energy bars, chocolate/energy drinks.
-Minimum/Recommended 1–2 liters of water per person.
-Reusable water bottle or hydration pack.

-Waterproof plastic bags or dry sacks for electronics, documents, and clothes.
